Be it knowne unto all men by these prEsents that I Wm
Whittington of the Coty aforesd for a vallouable
Concideraeon to me in hand pd by Wm Park[er] of the
Coty aforesd have Given, Granted, Bargained, Solle,
and Assigned ov[er] unto the sd Willi: Parker his heirs &
assignes for Ever all my Right title an[d] In trust in & unto Three
hundred & ninety ac: of Land on the Seaboard
Side [&] three and & fifty acrs whereof being
part of a warrt: granted the 7th day of July for
five hundred and fifty acres on the Seaboard Side the other forty
acres being pt of a warrt of a warrant
granted the 27th day of November ano D[omini]
1701 for five hundred acres on Sd Sea
Side To have and to holld the saide thre[e] hundred & ninety acres
wth all Right title Bennefitt and privilidgis and unto the
Same, wth the certificate of Survey made by Parker of the
saide warrants from me the Said Wm Whittington my heirs
Executrs & Admns to him the said Willi: Parker
& his heirs and assignes for Ever. Wittness my hand and seale this

Maryland Sst To the honble Levin Gale Esq the Lord
Proprietary's chief Judge in Land Affairs within this Province
The Petition of George Parker - of Somerset County Millwright - Humbly
sheweth~~
That a certain William Parker late of Somerset County had on the
18th day of September 1701 surveyed and laid out for him a
tract or parcel of Land lying on the seaboard side in Somerset County
called Mattapany containing 300a by virtue of an Assignment
for that Quantity from William Whittington part of a Warrant for
500a granted sd Whittington the 27th day
of November 1701 as apprs in his Laps Land Office but before he sued out
his Laps Grant for the same he died and by his Last Will and Testament in
Writing bequeathed the same unto his Daughter Scarborough Jackson who
also died before she obtained his Laps Grant for the same by which means
the same descended unto Nathaniel Jackson as eldest son and heir at Law
to the said Scarborough wch Sd Nathaniel by his
certain Deed In writing duely executed acknowledged and recorded Among
the Land of Records of Somerset County in Libr M
F N Y folo 255 bearing date the 29th day of
September 1741 for the Considerations therein mentioned sell and convey
all his Rights & Title to the Sd Land unto your
petitioner he therefore humbly prays his Laps Grant May now issue in his
name for the same
And as in Duly Bound he'll pray
&
18th October 1742 Let Patent issue as
prayed upon
To the Clerks of thethe Petitioners making it appear
