In the Name of God Amen, I James Benston Jr of Northampton County do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament. Item I give the whole of my Estate of whatever Nature or Kind which I am possessed of to my Wife Elizabeth to her and her heir's. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my Wife Elizabeth to be Executrix of this my last Will & Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 23rd day of January 1807.

At a Court held for Northampton County the 12th day of December 1808.

This Will was proved by the Oath of William Satchell a Witness thereto and Ordered to be recorded.
