In the Name of God Amen, I William Harmanson of the County of Northampton do make and ordain this to be my last Will & Testament in Manner & form following, to wit, I give and bequeath to my Son William P. Harmanson & his heir's forever, the Plantation whereon I now live, except that part lying Eastward of the Sea Side County Road being a Part of the Land I purchased of John Brickhouse : also my Negroe's Luke, Billy, Cate, Betsey, Sue & Leah, also one Bed & furniture 1st choice, my Still, one pair of looking Glasses, all my wearing apparel and Gutheries Geography, I also lend him Priviledge in my Marsh Pasture for his Stock during his natural Life. I leave my Petty Auger and Cannoe to my Son's William P. Harmanson & John H. Harmanson jointly. I give and bequeath unto my Son John H. Harmanson all the remainder of my Estate both real & personal not heretofore given, after paying all my just debts to him and his heir's forever. Lastly I do hereby revoke all other Will's by me heretofore made. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and affixed my Seal this 22d day of November 1808.

This Will of William Harmanson decd was proved by the Oath's of William Dunton and Michael Dowty Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the Motion of John H. Harmanson, and He having taken the Oath & entered into Bond with Security according to Law Certificate is granted him to obtain Letter of administration on the Decedants Estate with his Will annexed.
